Order Processing & Shipping Times

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Please note customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout on our website.

How to Return an Item

2. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly at ridernikahank4732@gmail.com. After this 24-hour window, we may have already begun processing your order, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
